This was a really cool issue. I like the mythology they're setting up for Rebirth Superman (are the Godslayer's original to this run? I don't know, but if not, they seem hella cool and I hope they stick around). I hope that the Darkseid/New Gods plot continues (I can't wait for the Fourth World to get a Rebirth title).

Part One of the Men of Steel * has a lot going for it , starting with Superman and Jon Clark** encounter the place where Doomsday was kept imprisoned , Having seen the place literally disappear from the middle of Metropolis . * yes .I know , it's yet another Superman story arc dubbed Men / Man of steel . Don't.Get.Me.Started ! ** Oh Come On ! When can we finally start calling him Superboy? But unfortunately Superman and his son can't investigate the place as trouble arrives elsewhere when a couple of powerful beings attack Super Lex* citing that they have seen a future where Super Lex becomes the next Darkseid and takes over the universe . All this happens while Lois was trying to interview Lex , and Coincidentally also on site is the mysterious Clark Kent * call me old school , but even typing that seems wrong The story was action packed , and intense . With the various mysteries surrounding the new Clark Kent and his motives and Super Lex still in place the book also creates a menacing idea of a being with the power of Darkseid and the evil of Lex luthor . Boy if that actually does happen , won't that be a sight to be hold .

Not the most jaw-dropping of stories, but it'll do.

Não existe o que explica voltar a ler o Super do Dan Jurgens.... dá uma sensação de que parte do mundo entrou nos eixos, de novo

The world is lost! Or can two heroes from the future save the fate of humanity? It would seem that Apocalypse and the Para-Demons win out in the future; leaving the heroes dead and humans enslaved or killed. This is the story of The Godslayer L'call and his brother in arms, Zade, who have arrived on Earth to seek out and kill the progenitor of this damned destiny. The twist at the end of the issue isn't such a great reveal as I knew this was going to happen when he first received his new suit. The world is lost! The twist at the end of the issue isn't such a great reveal as I knew this was going to happen when he first received his new suit. Though the rest od the story makes up for this fact as it brings Clark and Jon closer together and has Lois digging into Lex with an in-depth no-punches-held interview. The art by Tyler Kirkham and colours by Arif Prianto, along with Dan Jurgens ongoing storyline, makes this a very strong bastion of the Superman series. Hope they keep up the great work.

improvement over the last issue but I'm losing interest in Lex Luther, the one thing I've slowly started realising in the DC world. The villains are slowly becoming anti heroes, if Lex doesn't turn into a villain soon or doesn't flip the switch I'll be annoyed. Next you'll see Lex having a series based on his adventures.

I'm really enjoying what DC is doing with Superman right now. Another good issue here. and the artwork is great as well. Tyler Kirkham is killing it. Definitely worth a look if you're a superman fan. I received an advanced copy of this from NetGalley.com and the publisher. .
